When Rob told me, I didn’t believe him.
Of all the things happening on their wedding day, this was what he was most nervous about.
You see, the first dance at Rachel & Rob’s wedding was their first dance together. Ever.
Rob admits he’s not a dancer. Rachel most definitely is (a girl after my own heart!).
The boys were real boys – cigars, scotch and boisterousness in the morning while the girls were being perfectly girly with make up, pretty dresses and champagne. I loved how brilliantly they balanced each other out.
Rachel (and one of her bridesmaids Tulin) own Style Society so I had a pretty good feeling everyone was going to look gorgeous. They were all immaculate and stayed that way all day. Rachel was superb in her Shane McConnell gown and I can’t even begin to tell you how much hair envy I had!
Rachel & Rob, I don’t think I’ve ever been looked after at a wedding better. You are such kind, generous, fun loving people and I couldn’t have enjoyed photographing your wedding any more. I was still smiling the next day!
We’ll catch up soon for a champagne, or even that scotch Rob!
You guys are awesome! Enjoy.
* I should also mention I worked with the amazingly talented Daniel & Aaron from Silvastreet Media and you can see their trailer here. I just got goose bumps watching it again!
